The free version of ResizeWizard is provided at no cost and grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal or commercial purposes.

Pro Version

The Pro version requires a one-time purchase and grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pro features. This license is valid for lifetime updates and is limited to a reasonable number of personal devices.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the Extension
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any license restrictions

5. Intellectual Property

ResizeWizard and all related materials, including but not limited to code, graphics, and documentation, are the intellectual property of ResizeWizard and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Extension will meet your specific requirements
• The Extension will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Extension will be accurate or reliable

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RESIZEWIZARD, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Extension
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Extension
• Any errors or omissions in any content or functionality

9. Refund Policy

For Pro version purchases:

• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase
• Refund requests should be sent to support@resizewizard.app
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

10. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will immediately cease.
